Responsibilities:

Maintaining and enhancing Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and Capital allocation methodologies
-
Own the process of forecasting FTP and Capital Allocation for TCB's businesses during both annual operating plan and monthly forecast
-
Participate in the global annual planning process and monthly forecasts which involves financial modeling, coordinating, and consolidating submissions from business teams as well as preparing management and Board presentations.

Perform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and presenting commentary to senior managers, explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets.

Refine management financial reporting including KPI dashboards, monthly business reviews, board presentations, profitability reports.

Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible.

Foster collaborative relationships with business teams, implement new processes and drive continuous improvement through insightful analysis, building accountability and predictability of financial performance.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting
-
7+ years prior work experience
-
Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and accounting
-
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
-
Detail-oriented and must be able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from project management teams to Bank senior management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS excel and PowerPoint

Previous experience working in the financial services industry

Experience in Funds Transfer Pricing is preferred

MBA/CPA or similar degree/certification is preferred
