  • 15% nationwide travel
  • Applicants located in North Carolina will have the opportunity to meet with the team in person 1 to 3 days per week.
  • Typical schedule for this position is 9 a.m. ET to 5 p.m. ET.
    • Central Time: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
    • Mountain Time: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
    • Pacific Time: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.


HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Sr. Financial Analyst is a key member of the Finance function, responsible for corporate consolidation and monthly The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Director of Finance in the Finance Department. This role is responsible for performing various activities related to monthly and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and projections. Specific responsibilities may include performing monthly financial variance and trending analyses, compiling board and ad hoc financial presentations, evaluating return on investment opportunities for special projects or initiatives, modeling the potential financial impacts of contemplated or proposed business decisions, and assisting in the budgeting and forecasting processes. The job requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Analyzing large volumes of current and past financial data and performance for the purpose of managing and forecasting future results
  • Partnering with line managers and product P&L owners to provide actionable insights to help them achieve organizational goals as part of ongoing consultative relationships
  • Assisting with ad hoc financial modeling related to commercial opportunities, budgeting, forecasting, projections, M&A, and other special projects
  • Helping to improve vertical and horizontal information flows to better coordinate efforts across the company. Must be comfortable proactively sourcing and building new relationships to obtain information and appropriately deploy it where needed
  • Improving the quality and volume of information available for reporting and tracking performance
  • Effectively communicating findings to other members of the finance team as well as leadership
  • Other duties as assigned


IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in Finance or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • MBA a plus
  • Task-oriented with strong drive to see projects to on-time completion and improve on existing processes
  • Proactive and analytical; ability to problem-solve and draw conclusions from data
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision
  • Creative thinking, highly-driven, and self-motivated
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills commensurate with senior leader-level communications
  • An aptitude for prioritization, multi-tasking and efficiency
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, accounting systems and database/analytical systems such as NetSuite, Business Objects, Hyperion Essbase, PowerBI, and Tableau. Proficiency in Word and Powerpoint
