TITLE: Sr. Financial Analyst, IT Finance
LOCATION: Westchester, IL
REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager, SG&A
Primary Function
Responsible for managing the development of the operating expense and capital financial forecasts for the global Information Technology (IT) organization; coordinate with cost center owners to understand and explain variances vs. forecast; perform month-end deliverables (accruals, adjustments, and other reporting); support the monthly and quarterly business reviews; assist IT Leadership Team and Corporate Finance with ad hoc requests in support of global IT initiatives.
Key Deliverables:
- Assist with corporate financial planning and analysis as necessary, including, but not limited to results reporting, quarterly earnings package, and board of directors presentations
- Bring discipline around IT spending and ensure internal and external commitments are upheld
- Coordinate creation of performance metrics, specifically surrounding global IT spend
- Identify process improvement opportunities and manage the corresponding implementations
- Assist with development of business process documentation for new processes
- Develop credibility and build partnerships with key contacts within the global IT organization
- Develop collaborative and influential relationships with key leaders
- Manage Corporate cost allocation methodology in conjunction with Corporate Tax & Accounting for centralized IT contracts, software licenses, depreciation, and other qualifying costs
- Provide financial guidance, support, and on-going maintenance of 5-year Strategic Capital Plan
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; and a CPA preferred
- Must have 3-7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have a working knowledge of balance sheet, income sheet, cash flow, and working capital analysis
- Must be able to analyze financial results and assess financial impacts of business decisions. Demonstrated ability to think from both financial and business perspectives.
- Flexibility to be involved in both finance and accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP and BPC is desirable
- Knowledge of Food Ingredients or Corn Wet Milling industry (competition, business climate, manufacturing processes), a plus
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; must be able to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner

Pay Range:
$98,800.00-$131,733.33 Annual
This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
