JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for providing financial support within the Healthcare Specialties Group (HSG) with a strong focus on Henry Schein Products. Responsibilities include analyzing and reviewing data to provide accurate and timely information to management for strategic and operational decisions. Position will perform all aspects of the Henry Schein Products out-the-door (OTD) financial reporting processes, including the consolidation and publication of daily and monthly results, forecast projections, annual budgets, etc. Analyzes key variances and provides insight into financial trends and operational performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform the Henry Schein Products OTD daily and monthly financial reporting processes across all sales channels and Product Business Units (PBU). Track financial performance against budget and forecast, identify key variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of OTD sales and gross profit data between financial systems and business dashboards to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Participate in the annual budget process for Henry Schein Products including building and maintaining submission templates, working with local businesses to develop and submit detailed financial projections, and reviewing year-over-year variances for reasonableness.
- Assist with the development of an improved forecast process for Henry Schein Products OTD sales and gross profit.
- Assist in the transition of the OTD monthly reporting from Excel spreadsheets into MS Power BI and other technology solutions.
- Assist with the Oracle PBCS integration process across HSG.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial presentations.
- Assist with ad-hoc special projects.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to streamline reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Recommend and implement automation solutions where it is possible to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships within the HSG portfolio and beyond.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, financial policies and procedures, systems implementation, and designing and implementing process improvements.
- Strong ability to understand and communicate financial concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills are needed to work with all levels of management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel required, including ability to develop financial models, complex spreadsheets, and databases.
- Knowledge of Oracle PBCS, HFM, Smartview, MS PowerBI is highly beneficial.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.
The posted range for this position is $71,993-$112,489, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
