About the Role:
The Brand Finance Sr Financial Analyst – Global CK:
-
Support the Brand Finance Controller and act as a senior financial advisor and business partner to the collaborators. Provide insights to drive fact-based decision-making and contribute to the development of business strategies and operations for the global CK business.

Operationalize work in relation to the global brand teams to coordinate and streamline financial processes and procedures.

Support ad hoc projects as needed.
What You'll Do:
Overall Strategic & Tactical & Operational Planning & Tracking:
-
Periodic planning: prepare the periodic financial closing, forecasting and management of the global brand costs (all SGA).
-
Business partnering: provide input for cost control meetings based on actuals/estimate/budget with the department leaders in the global marketing organization (Brand Department Leaders of Merchandising, Design, Sustainability, Legal).

Financial insights: creating transparency on cost drivers and key performance indicators with respect to brand investments.
-
Tracking: monitor expenses, challenge the status quo and work closely with the Brand Finance Controller.
-
Risk mitigation: manage business risk to protect the division’s assets.
Strategic/tactical profitability projects:
-
Perform ad-hoc analysis on strategic business opportunities that build value (licensing take-backs, new product initiatives, etc.).

Support the global brand teams with analytics, benchmarking on efficiency and effectiveness of spend categories and insights and advice where needed and drive identification of areas for optimization.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
-
Financial reporting: responsible for month-, quarter- and year-end financial closings for respective costs in global brand; opex and capex planning & control.

Reporting: support in providing regular reporting and communication for the global brand leadership team (including actuals, estimates, budget variances).

Invoices: review, approve and supervise global brand (overhead) invoices.

Compliance: implement and supervise adherence to policies and ensure the integrity of policies, procedures and financial documents for accurate and timely recording and reporting of operating results.

Automation: drive automation and efficiency in financial processes through dashboards and automated reports.
What You'll Bring:
~5 years of financial management and accounting experience.
Global financial experience recommended.
Experience managing large-scale projects and budgets.
Demonstrated success in systems & tools to improve ways of working.
Education:
" in Business Finance or Accounting required, or equivalent experience.

Business fluency in English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in Microsoft package software programs.

Knowledge of SAP financial packages (general ledger).

Pay Range:$85,000 - $100,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
