Job Description SummaryThe Senior Finance Manager – FP&A has responsibility for Commercial Finance activities across the full portfolio of Imaging, PCS, and AVS equipment sales & cost as well as services for the US & Canada region. The Finance Manager is accountable for supporting orders & sales growth and meeting cost targets for an over $7B topline Region. The Finance Manager will work with the Executive FP&A leader to support budget, forecasts and headcount and cost performance for the region.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the financial planning cycle: budget, quarterly forecasts and monthly close. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability as well as corrective action plans as needed. Partner with senior management and operational leaders to provide insights to support business growth and operational efficiency. 

  • Act as a key financial partner to Global, Segment and Region Finance teams as well as operational leaders to providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies and initiatives.

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends, variances, and performance metrics.

  • Partner with Product Finance, Region Finance and USCAN FP&A with analysis of the key P&L drivers: volume, pricing, mix, investments, base cost productivity.

  • Conduct regular pacing reviews with operational leaders to ensure alignment with financial targets and objectives.

  • Drive standardization, digitization and process improvement across USCAN in all aspects of forecasting/pacing/reporting. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Economics, Finance, Accounting) from an accredited university or college, with 8+ years of experience in years of experience in accounting or financial analysis and reporting OR a graduate of GE HealthCare’s Financial Management Program and 6 years of experience in years of experience in accounting or financial analysis and reporting
