Are you a finance expert who thrives in a global matrix environment with little supervision? If so, join our team as a Sr Finance Analyst where you’ll play a crucial role in advising the organization on financial matters, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic decision-making! In this role you’ll guide teams in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Financial Modelling: Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis.
- Forecasting: Forecast quarterly and annual profits based on historical data and market trends.
- Cost Projections: Prepare cost projections to assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Analytics: Analyze and report on current financial status, identifying areas for improvement.
- Investments: Explore investment options and present risks/opportunities.
- Financial Planning: Coordinate with executive team on long-term financial planning.
- Data Integrity: Review accounting transactions for data accuracy.
- Policy Updates: Establish and maintain financial policies.
- Process Management: Drive financial/commercial process management.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Finance or Business Administration.
- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Software: Advanced Excel skills required. Experience with FP&A software such as HFM, Essbase, EPM Planning and reporting, or others preferred.
- Discretion & Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial information and investment decisions

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $105,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
