About the Role:
As the Sr, Executive Event and Experiences Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing select C-Level event programs, including signature events such as CxO Events, FalCon One, Strategic Advisory Boards, and Customer Councils. In this role, you will ensure that all events align with the company's business objectives, brand positioning, and revenue goals, driving customer engagement and relationships. You will work closely with senior leadership, sales, field marketing, global events, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, seamless, and impactful events.
The ideal candidate is an experienced event marketing professional who excels in strategic event planning, operational management, and budget execution. You must possess strong communication and organizational skills, an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences for C-level executives.

What You’ll Do:

Event Strategy:

Develop and execute global event strategies for in-person events, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue objectives.

Content Management:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and speakers to develop relevant, compelling content for events that resonate with C-level executives.

End-to-End Execution:
-
Oversee the logistics and execution of events, from vendor coordination and venue management to on-site operations and post-event follow-up.

Manage event environment setup, including signage, branding, and other visual elements, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.

Operations Management:
-
Lead the operational planning and execution for events, including overseeing third-party suppliers, vendors, and venues.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the smooth execution of all event programs.

Build templates, processes and efficiencies across all CxO programming for budgeting, event plans, checklists, communications, registration and more.

Budget Management:

Negotiate agreements with vendors and sponsors, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of quality.

Determine fiscal requirements, manage event budgets, and ensure reconciliation of costs before, during, and after each event.

Cross-Functional Alignment:

Collaborate with CxO program owners, sales, global events, marketing, and product teams to align event content, goals, and messaging with business priorities.

Partner with CxO program owners as the event planning lead on all CxO event.

Ensure seamless communication and strategic alignment with global teams to guarantee cohesive event execution.

Performance Optimization:

Define and track event KPIs, assessing patterns across CxO event impacts, including attendee engagement, and feedback.

Use analytics to measure event success and provide actionable insights to enhance future events and develop new program

What You’ll Need:

Experience:
-
12-14 years of relevant events experience within a marketing organization.
-
7+ years managing VIP, bespoke, experiential, and white-glove events, particularly focused on C-level audiences.

Proven track record of executing both large-scale and intimate events, complex events, managing both internal resources and third-party vendors.

Strategic and Tactical Execution:

Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day operational tasks, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Demonstrated success in managing event budgets, tracking ROI, and optimizing performance

Communication and Relationship Management:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and credibility across teams.

Ability to engage with senior executives, ensuring event goals align with their business objectives and creating lasting value.
