  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to guarantee seamless and impactful execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales and marketing leadership to shape pre-event and post-event strategies that enhance attendee engagement and build pipeline opportunities.
  • Champion cross-functional alignment and collaboration, ensuring every aspect of the event experience is thoughtfully crafted to be memorable, distinctive, and impactful.
  • Represent Pendo on-site at events, leading execution efforts to ensure each component of the event operates smoothly and effectively.
  • Conduct detailed post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and analyzing performance metrics to continually refine and elevate our event strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of five (5) of experience in event management, ideally within a B2B, SaaS, or similarly dynamic and high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to blend creativity with operational rigor, approaching each detail with a strategic mindset while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Adaptable and composed in fast-paced environments, showing a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, project management platforms, and event management software.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Integrated Marketing and a demonstrated ability to leverage corporate campaigns in tandem with field initiatives to drive full-funnel demand.
  • Strong background in the B2B SaaS industry, with an understanding of its unique event and audience engagement dynamics.
  • High-level proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and Cvent, with an aptitude for using these tools to optimize event planning and execution.
