Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Kaohsiung Diodes, TW is currently seeking applicants for a Sr. Engineer, EE. Responsible for spare parts control and machine down time decreasing, increasing equipment performance and throughput, training to engineers’ technicians and maintain equipment smoothly running and solve equipment problem.

Kaohsiung Branch is located in Kaohsiung Nanzih Technology Industrial Park, home of many high-tech companies and Vishay is the one of the few foreign companies. At Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd. Kaohsiung Branch provides you with responsible and ethical leadership and we promote sound environmental health and safety principles and practices by encouraging open communication with employees, governmental agencies, suppliers, contractors, customers, and industry groups.

What you will be doing:

• Solve equipment problem.
• Equipment spare parts review and spending control.
• Related equipment evaluation.
• Document update Including equipment maintenance, daily check sheet revise, spare parts creation, and SOP creation.
• Leadership & Management maintenance supervising and arranging colleagues’ overtime, spare parts inventory, and safety quantity review.
• Equipment improvement modify the machine to be more efficient.

What you will bring along:

• Academic/Professional education college or above degree in Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in factory and electrical engineering.
• Speak, read & write fluent English.
