Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd is currently seeking applicants for a Product Test Manager. Responsible for supervise product test sustaining and new product development support activities, participate quality improvement & cost reduction projects, and provide technical supports to sales/marketing, within corporate policies, so as to support engineering, sales/marketing, and manufacturing to achieve business goals

Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd MOSFET product line includes a diverse range of advanced technologies. It is very convenient to visit us through public transportation: bus lines and just 8 mins walk from Nanzih Export Processing Zone MRT station and 10 mins drive time from Zuoyang High speed rail station.

What you will be doing:

• Supervise and execute engineering build & characterization for new product development.
• Support division R&D and sales/marketing for new product release and introduction to satisfy customer requirement and gain new business.
• Support plant manufacturing to monitor test yield and provide necessary analysis to improve yield & product quality to satisfy customer requirement.
• Supervise and follow up testing floor sustaining.
• Provide technical & product knowledge to sales/marketing, QRA, plant manufacturing for new released product
• Organize, execute, & supervise developmental activities and report or communicate with related parties
• Support customer complain verification/analysis and action prevention

What you will bring along:

• 10+ years in product or testing engineering with 5 years in managerial position. Hands-on experience on Power Discrete and/or Power Management IC, e.g., Dr MOS, highly preferred
• Proficiency in English.
• Be able to make oversea trip by request.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
