The Document Cloud organization seeks an experienced Program Manager to coordinate and drive the planning and development of how people engage with Document Cloud solutions. This role encourages smooth collaboration to drive feature development in line with business objectives.

The role involves being a great partner between the core team and cross-functional teams. These teams consist of members from engineering, product management, UI design, legal, etc. The goal is to successfully deliver projects despite shifting priorities in dynamic environments.

The position requires engagement with all levels within the business as a facilitator and champion; to plan, coordinate, supervise, and communicate. Successful candidates consistently develop detailed plans for product releases with dynamic requirements, cross geo teams coordination, in agile environment. They possess a strong grasp of project management principles.

The role will also function as an authority in Agile development, guiding teams on Agile practices and helping establish a solid Agile framework.

The Sr. Program Manager is expected to create project plans, including timeline views, supervise progress, proactively bring out risks/status updates and lead in reviews with the collaborators.

The role requires to

  • Drive strategic and tactical decisions which ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Closely partner across project, product, and subject area boundaries, working with service, marketing, business, engineering, and handle dependencies, define plans including schedule, risk management and driving alignment among teams.
  • Drive projects and coordinate inter-dependencies across product teams to deliver to plan.
  • Collaboratively handle change and risk, making timely decisions, facilitating effective communication, and intelligently adjusting plans to reflect fluctuations in goals and requirements.
  • Assume overall delivery responsibility for large cross-functional projects and lead end-to-end from inception through to delivery.
  • Handle status and reporting to provide project clarity and transparency.
  • Be a change agent: Identifying and implementing ways to improve processes and remove bottlenecks to systemically improve how we deliver value to our customers.
  • Evaluate existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption methodologies (processes, tools, etc.) to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present achievement reviews to upper-level management with input from project teams.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience as a Program Manager in SaaS and/or related industry
  • BTech/MTech in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • MBA will be an added advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to work optimally with highly technical engineering teams, with a history of helping them deliver against a backlog
  • Solid ability to provide structure and vital process without compromising execution or the needs of the team, customer, or product
  • Consistent record to lead multi-functional teams through influence versus direct management
  • Experience with development methodologies and tactics for roadmap, backlog, and development management are required
  • Customer focus and ability to demonstrate intuition, customer feedback, and data to rapidly test and validate products and features
  • Ambitious and not afraid to tackle unknowns, demonstrates a strong bias to action
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience managing projects with remote/geographically dispersed team members
  • Ability to align efforts of disparate groups to achieve a common goal.
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, encourage, and empower others.
