Job Description:
- Installation, commissioning, and field tests of Hydrogen Generating Equipment.
- Work safely (outdoors) in accordance with company, governmental, and local jurisdiction standards.
- Shift and site operations, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Execute maintenance activities in accordance with available documentation and standards.
- Basic knowledge to handle and utilize electrical test equiments like Multimeter, Clamp meter and insulation meter. Understand both electrical and Mechanical parts of the electrolyser system.
- Support the development of documentation and standards.
- Complete diagnostics of electrolyzers, RO water and filter system, Gas dryer and High pressure plumbing.
- Drive constant process and documentation improvements to eliminate waste and increase reliability.
- Manage complex workflows, including the efforts of sub-contractors & EPC Partners / customers.
- Manage spare part and tool kit inventories & reduce operation cost. Ensure Clean and lean Site.
- Register Defect and Material requirements. Have good working knowledge with MS Office.
- Exceed and follow customer facility standards and policies.
- Interface with customers and support their needs.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Support an on-call watch bill (standby status) and maintain watch list.
- Operate a service vehicle safely and maintain a driving record in good standing.
- Operate H2 Gas Compressor at site.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally to support global product locations (Includes : Middle East, Europe (SPAIN), USA).
- Current Sites of Company : USA, Spain, India (Noida, Tirupati, North Karnataka, Telengana, Bangalore etc) & Abhu Dhabi.
- 5-10 years of experience working on complex, deployed systems with Erection, commissioning, testing, Installation, maintenance, and operations exposure.
- Those candidates who has the maintenance/service/operation experience in Solar Plant/Power plant/DG set installation/ Compressor/Gas/Chemical/RO/DM plant will be given preference.
- Experience of HMI, SCADA will be an added advantage.
- Education Background : BE/B.Tech or Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical /Mechatronics/Electronics)
The Senior Field Service Engineer cares for a fleet of deployed electrolyzers. Specifically tasked with all installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance activities, the individual utilizes an array of documentation and programs to execute field work.
