Responsibilities:
- Take charge of planning and monitoring the progress of important Conversion Accelerator initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Streamline efficiency in yield ramp pull-in, labor productivity, and NCD reduction for enhanced quality and cost optimization.
- Resolve constraints and successfully implement projects by working with various sites.
- Identify and refine processes to improve operational efficiency.
