Responsibilities
- Optimize Equipment Performance: Ensure outstanding performance of photo scanner equipment by conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to determine and successfully implement equipment improvements.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve equipment efficiency, ensuring flawless operations in a high-tech environment.
- Training and Development: Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians to build a world-class team.
- Monitor and Analyze Data: Apply data analytics to closely monitor equipment performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Support New Product Introduction: Assist in the integration of new products by ensuring the photo scanner equipment meets the required specifications.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all safety and industry regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant workspace.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to source and maintain the latest equipment technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in photo scanner equipment engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with data analysis and equipment optimization
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
