Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Senior Email Marketing Manager to join our growing Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end email marketing strategy, leveraging your expertise in email marketing to drive exceptional results. You will be responsible for developing high-impact campaigns, managing and mentoring a small team, and ensuring the seamless execution of our email programs to engage customers and increase conversions.

What You’ll Do

  • Email Marketing Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of advanced email marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives. Develop campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of email campaigns, including segmentation, content, design, and testing to optimize performance.
  • Platform Expertise: Utilize our email marketing platform to its full potential, leveraging its capabilities for automation, personalization, and analytics to deliver best-in-class email experiences.
  • Testing and Optimization: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize subject lines, CTAs, content, and email designs. Use insights to continuously refine and enhance campaign performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, measure, and report on key email marketing KPIs. Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and inform broader marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, product, and data teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints in the customer journey.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in email marketing
  • Expertise in email marketing strategies, campaign management, and advanced platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, etc.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to drive decisions and improve performance.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
