Position Summary:
Responsible for the management of Environmental, Health, Safety, Security & Social Responsibility systems. Must apply the philosophy of HPS. Developing the Harman skills in employees.

- As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate the implementation of EHS strategies, in line with overall group strategy, to deliver compliance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strategies are holistic and address long-term environmental sustainability, workplace conditions, management systems and behaviors.
- Champion compliance with company principles, policies and requirements related to EHS (including ISO/OHSAS certification, ISO 14001) as well as local legal requirements (Law, Safety Commission, SEMARNAP, STPS, PROFEPA)
- Promote and engage all employees in EHS mindset through Continuos Improvement. Verify that all life cycle assessment and environment-related product communication conforms with group standards.
- Develop & implement specific tools & initiatives to increase awareness and capability in EHS, and to achieve EHS objectives.
- Monitor, analyze and communicate EHS performance to improve decision-making. Share learnings and good practices with other parts.
- Provide functional leadership & support to EHS staff across the Factory.
- Develop and sustain an adequately resourced and effective function with strong technical and leadership capabilities.
- Enable EHS individuals to develop their careers and maintain strong succession plans.

- 5 years of related experience.
- Experience in the automotive industry preferably.
- Knowledge of Government obligations regarding industrial safety, health and environmental laws and regulations.
- Internal Auditor in OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
- English 80%, advance level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations)
