You are a customer-oriented, analytically-minded digital enthusiast who can balance business priorities and brand elevation, with a passion for fashion and women’s empowerment. You’re also resourceful and collaborative and have the ability to work in fast-paced environment with cross-functional partners. A sense of humor is a plus!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is… atypical. You might be analyzing web analytics to identify conversion optimization opportunities, reviewing merchandising strategies with Buying and Creative, or partnering with Product and Tech on roadmap prioritization. The consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence.

To Land This Role:

  • 10+ years of experience in eCommerce site experience, managing conversion optimization, digital merchandising, site operations, and roadmap prioritization within a retail or fashion environment
  • Demonstrated success in conversion rate optimization and driving performance through A/B testing, AI driven experiences, and driving best-in-class UX/UI initiatives
  • Data-driven digital merchandising skills, including category and product page optimization and search management
  • Experience managing site operations, including content production, promotions, and web vendors (including budget management)
  • Project management and leadership skills with the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of presenting to senior leadership as well as influencing cross-functional teams including Creative, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Email, and Digital Marketing
  • Strong experience partnering with Creative to balance brand aesthetics with performance-driven strategies
  • Experience managing a team required
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in web analytics (Google Analytics, Contentsquare), A/B testing tools, and personalization platforms
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Preferred experience in founder-led company

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 190,000.00 USD - 210,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
