About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Director, Sales Development to lead and scale our Sales Development team. As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales development plan that drives pipeline growth, enhances lead quality, and supports our revenue goals. You will lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Managers, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to optimize processes, align strategies, and ensure seamless execution
The On Target Earnings range for this role, are: 300,000 - 375,000

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Align sales development strategy with overall sales and marketing goals to drive pipeline growth.
  • Lead & Mentor Team: Manage and develop a high-performing team of SDRs and Managers, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
  • Optimize Processes: Implement and refine tools, technologies, and sales cadences to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
  • Analyze & Report Performance: Track key metrics, provide insights, and report on pipeline impact to senior leadership.


What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales development with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing SDR teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling successful sales development teams, with experience selling into enterprise B2B SaaS and/or marketing technology markets preferred.
  • Use of, and expertise in, Demandbase strongly preferred. Strong understanding of sales development tools and technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Nooks, etc.) and a data-driven approach to sales operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, with a passion for developing talent and driving performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of initiative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A continual learner with a strong passion for innovation, AI and an interest in shaping the future of the SDR function starting within their own organization.
  • An interest in public speaking, thought leadership and building their own personal brand.
