Our LEGO® Agency (OLA) is looking for a Sr. Director - OLA Creative Operations and Development to lead our team of creatives and designers as well as the OLA culture in our Headquarters.

We are the in-house creative agency leading all the global and regional creative work, campaigns, experiences and packaging for the LEGO Group. The new Sr. Director - OLA Creative Operations and Development will lead a team of about 40 creative people from all around the world, based in our HQ in Billund (DK).
Core Responsibilities

Ensuring a vibrant, diverse and positive culture so that our creative people thrive, including behavioral change programs

Coach as well as continuously provide the right conditions for our creatives to design impactful development and training plans

Collaborate with the VP Head of Global Creative on the recruitment and retention needs within the team

Provide the vision and plan for the creative culture in HQ, including the DEI agenda

Partner with the Design and Creative Play Lab organizations to build the creative culture more broadly across the LEGO Group

Be an active member of the OLA Leadership Team– adding value to overall OLA vision and transformation with creative culture insights and plans

Overall cultural health and motivation & satisfaction of the creative department in Billund

Serve as a leadership role model, demonstrating bravery, focus, and curiosity in a creative design environment, while inspiring others to do the same

Solid experience in a senior creative operations or ECD role in agencies or brand side
