Job Details:
This position is responsible for all Finance Accounting and Analysis Functions in the Retail Value Added Poultry BU directly supporting the GM SVP of the business and works closely with the Margin Management and Operations Teams on all business analysis. This position also collaborates with the RVAP Brand Team to prepare consolidate and forecast financials.
Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:

Ensuring compliance with GAAP and Internal controls for all financial process within the BU such as Plant Live Operations and P&L weekly/monthly/quarterly closing

Leadership in BU Strategic Decisions and Strategic Planning process PBU MBU reporting and reconciliation Capital Planning and CIR Review Approvals financial forecasting including identifying risks and opportunities to the forecast

Financial input on all major pricing initiatives and decisions

Portfolio optimization analysis competitive analysis and cost efficiency management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance field is required.
Experience: 15 plus years accounting experience required with previous supervisory experience.
Computer Skills: Strong computer skills; advanced Excel skills a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with senior business management and Finance Accounting F&A staff.
Supervisory: Position is responsible for supervising a staff of Accounting Managers with expended staffs.
Special Skills: Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in teams.
Travel: 10 or more domestic trips per year
