Senior Director of Communication Service Provider (CSP) Sales
The Senior Director of CSP Sales is a key leadership role responsible for driving the growth and success of the CSP segment within the organization. This individual will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, build relationships with key clients, and manage a high-performing team dedicated to serving and signing CSP clients. The Sr. Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including other sales teams, marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure that there is a consistent cadence of meetings, each building momentum and opportunities, driving for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of CSP Sales Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
- Pipeline Management: metric driven approach to pipeline management, with tactical and strategic support for team for managing outbound and inbound pipeline acceleration and optimization
- Salesforce Management: Ensure that the team is appropriately inputting and managing new opportunities according to Management guidelines. Salesforce hygiene and the resulting forecast accuracy is a critical component of this role
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and go-to-market plans targeting existing and prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strategic relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met while delivering value through products and services.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue generation and market share expansion within the Enterprise segment by identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maximizing existing client relationships.
- Market Insights & Reporting: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and strategy adjustments. Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, particularly within CSP sales environments with demonstrable metric-driven focus.
- In-depth understanding of the voice landscape and the ability to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Comfort in managing to a defined Sales Methodology such as MEDDPICC
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and leading teams to success.
- Exceptional communication, management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day operations and team dynamics.
- Experience in working collaboratively with other departments to align business goals and customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership or a similar role, with a focus on CSP sales.

The annual starting salary for this position ranges between $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be $140,000.00 per year annually and are based on performance. This role will be accepting applications until April 14th, 2025.
