- Should have a proven track record in the following:
- Drive transaction quality and continuous improvement teams to achieve business objectives
- Ability to plan projects roadmap for the year considering inputs from cross-functional teams
- Work alongside RPA and Analytics teams on transformation initiatives
- Strong hold on data analysis using Excel, Minitab, R
- Experience in utilizing Speech Analytics to deliver quantifiable, actionable insight to clients and internal stakeholders
- Perform analytical activities to enhance customer experience, improve Net promoter score, and drive operational efficiencies
- Explore industry best practices in data analysis and apply in Operational use
- Design project plans and drive implementation through people management and leadership skills
- Build a culture of thought leadership and critical thinking across Business Excellence & Operations
- Train and mentor teams on thought leadership and strategic skills
- Act as a POC to eliminate roadblocks during the course of project life cycle - Facilitate change management, performance evaluation & facilitating diverse learning
- Conduct workshops for leadership to identify Innovation opportunities & high impact projects
