We are looking for a Senior Digital Specialist to join our Digital team based in Mexico City.
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
This is an incredible opportunity to join Edelman’s dynamic marketing team, where we shape, promote, and protect Edelman's brand and reputation across Latin America. As a Senior Digital Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the LATAM Marketing team – a group of talented professionals dedicated to developing and executing cutting-edge marketing and communications strategies in the region.
You will lead both regional and local marketing efforts for our operations in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico, while also engaging with our global network.
Our Marketing function operates at the forefront of cross-sector programs, pioneering intellectual property and research initiatives, and driving employee engagement with innovative campaigns. We continuously create compelling content that enhances Edelman's
visibility and attracts top talent and clients across the region.
As a Senior Digital Specialist, you will play a key role in evolving Edelman’s positioning across multiple digital channels, including strategic planning for social media, website content coordination, newsletter development, and best practice implementation for executive positioning on digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate digital strategies regionally and guide local markets to ensure consistent brand presence across digital platforms.
Develop communication plans for social media, set goals/objectives/KPIs alongside regional marketing management.
Produce digital content and coordinate design requests, including creating briefs and overseeing deliveries.
Supervise the planning, execution, and reporting of paid media campaigns with the regional Data Intelligence management team.
Manage content updates on regional and local websites.
Develop and coordinate content strategy for regional newsletters.
Create executive positioning plans regionally and advise local leadership teams on digital best practices.
Interact directly with regional and local marketing teams and leadership.
Collaborate with Edelman’s global network.
Requirements:
Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in digital communications, preferably in a communications/digital agency environment, with knowledge of multiple platforms.
Proven experience managing digital channels and creating content for social media and websites; knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
Experience developing monthly content calendars and producing/editing digital content.
Previous experience in executive positioning strategy is a plus.
Advanced/Fluent English – interaction with professionals outside Mexico is required.
Portuguese is a plus, but not mandatory.
