Role Purpose: 

The Marketing Specialist executes and helps drive Evanta’s to enterprise level marketing programs, processes, and systems. This role will support direct members of the Marketing team, to execute our enterprise demand generation strategies. The position leverages a variety of digital tactics, including, but not limited to, paid search, paid social, re-targeting, and display to drive engagement, lead generation, and event registrations across multiple channels.


Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

  • Be hands-on with the strategy, design, execution, and reporting of distinct multi-touch, multi-channel digital demand generation activities across the business

  • Determine what good looks like and build standardized, interlocking, campaign implementation plays that enable clarity, efficiency, scalability, analytics, and optimization efforts

  • Implement exceptional collaboration across multiple stakeholder business units to define KPIs and aligned campaign strategies

  • Leverage data to ascertain logical marketing segments and identify tactics to drive engagement

  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance as required and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing leadership

  • Partner with core centers of excellence (COEs) both within Evanta and Gartner such as: Marketing Automation COE, Creative/Design COE, Campaign Marketing, Analytics and Database to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns

  • Expand our distribution footprint beyond owned channels (web, blog, email, social) through testing and experimentation


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B digital demand generation role

  • Experience conducting keyword research, building ad groups, optimizing campaigns, and running programmatic display

  • Experience optimizing ad copy and managing 10+ concurrent campaigns

  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search, display and social tactics

  • Experience optimizing campaign budgets

  • Ability to manage cross-team collaboration and communication in a matrix organization

  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

  • Strong comprehension of CRM, lead scoring, and sales funnels

  • Exceptional analytical skills paired with a solid understanding of Google Analytics

  • Ability to influence peers and management to support business goals

  • Ability to promote/sell ideas persuasively using data

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Proven creative thinking that can generate and execute innovative marketing ideas for integrated campaigns

  • Proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation tools, preferably Eloqua

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and impeccable execution

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices 

  • Creative problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident, self-motivated individual with a strong bias toward action


Education: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

Experience: 
• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B digital demand generation role

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 62,400 USD - 86,940 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
