Job Description:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, Supply Chain or relevant field of study
Work Experiences:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, with a proven ability to mine, evaluate, and visualize data
- Experience in data modeling
- Previous experience with advanced analytical tools preferably MicroStrategy, Power BI and Cognos BI (SCI Manhattan Active)
- Experience in the distribution, logistics or retail industry.

- Ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business performance.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to analyzing data and identifying efficiency opportunities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
- Working knowledge of Enterprise systems (Manhattan WMS/Oracle Transportation Management/Oracle RMS), Business Intelligence systems (MicroStrategy), SQL.
- Ability to understand retail merchandise hierarchy, store network, and organizational structure.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize deliverables.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with users to gather requirements, ensure data solutions meet business needs, and maintain strong relationships across departments
- Create comprehensive reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization to support business decisions
- Define, standardize and document Supply chain KPIs by consulting respective business leaders
- Create and maintain interactive data visualizations from multiple data sources, helping decision-makers understand key metrics and KPIs
- Analyze data to answer key questions and provide strategic recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Proactively monitor and resolve data integrity issues in data models and dashboards.
- Analyze Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct root cause analyses, and provide reports and/or recommendations to support decision making.
- Train other team members on analytical models and business processes assigned.
- Develop, refine, and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure Supply Chain operational performance.
- Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team.
- Required to learn company policies and procedures.
