As a Sr. Analyst on the Cyber Resiliency team at T-Mobile, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and implementing critical initiatives to enhance the company's cyber resiliency! Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing plans to protect T-Mobile's critical assets, ensuring they are resilient to cyber threats, and supporting the overall cyber resiliency strategy.
In this role, you will work closely with multi-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement measures to mitigate potential cyber threats. You will also be responsible for conducting regular assessments and tests to ensure the effectiveness of resiliency plans and processes. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining the security and continuity of T-Mobile's services.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement critical initiatives to enhance cyber resiliency.
- Identify vulnerabilities and assess risks to T-Mobile's critical assets.
- Develop and implement plans to mitigate potential cyber threats.
- Conduct regular assessments and tests to ensure the effectiveness of resiliency plans.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to support the overall cyber resiliency strategy.
- Build strategy and documentation for Incident Response, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery Planning
- Conduct threat modeling to identify vulnerabilities and potential attack vectors.
- Anticipate, identify, and address issues with tight timelines.
- Perform security, compliance, and risk assessments on projects throughout project lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
- Lead information security review of new technologies, designs, and remediation planning efforts
- Maintain visibility inside & outside of Info Security, communicating with groups such as Consumer Group, Application Support, Engineering Ops, Finance, Legal, Privacy, Risk management, etc.
- Investigates and/or leads identifying security needs & recommends plans/resolutions. Implements, tests & monitors info security improvements.
- Support info security policy lifecycle throughout, including intake, creation, review, approval, implementation, publishing, communication & maintenance.
- Lead security projects driven by groups both internal and external to Info Security.
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience
Work Experience
- 4-7 years Experience in info security technology or related field. (Required)
- Good presentation, security and communication skills are required
- Previous leadership experience, a plus. (Preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Incident Response and Recovery Planning - Experience with defining and executing incident response plans, disaster recovery strategies, and business continuity plans
- Expertise in conducting threat modeling to identify vulnerabilities and potential attack vectors.
- Office 365 (Powerpoint) expert
- Project Management experience
Licenses and Certifications
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (Preferred)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $94,100 - $169,600
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
