The Sr Coordinator, Technical Operations will play a key role in providing IT support for our teams globally. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting various IT systems, and working collaboratively with the global IT team to ensure smooth operations across multiple regions. Although you will be based in India, you will provide support for teams across the company, reporting directly to the Global IT Manager in the USA.

Job Duties:

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets and ensure proper user access controls, including provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning.
  • Assist with server and network configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues while managing the helpdesk queue to ensure timely responses and efficient ticket prioritization
  • Collaborate with the global IT team to implement IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies across systems.
  • Maintain and improve IT documentation, ensuring consistency and clarity across regions.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS is a plus.
  • Ability to handle complex troubleshooting tasks and work with cross-regional teams.

Skills Required:

  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to provide support to teams across different time zones.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to problem-solving.
  • This position is full time in office, based in Thane, India. Requiring 5 days a week in the office.
  • The Technical Operations Associate may be required to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones or urgent situations.
