What You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business administration, or a related field

- Ability to work flexible hours to collaborate with team members in a variety of time zones including EST, IST, and CST. In particular, overlapping EST am hours.

- Deep experience and expertise, ideally a minimum of 3 years in agile product development.

Impact You'll Make:

Product Owners have a responsibility for developing products and solutions that are aligned to the product strategy. Working within a TU Agile framework, they work with internal stakeholders to guide the direction and participate in the execution of the product build process. With a strong operational and detail oriented mindset, you translate ideas into plans and user stories. The Product Owner works well with internal stakeholders and understands product development fundamentals.

Responsibilities:

- Successfully deliver, launch and support products within identified product set
- Working with Product Managers and key stakeholders, the Product Owner executes on product development initiatives to increase customer value, efficiencies and functionality
- Incorporates feedback gained from market research, competitive intelligence and industry analysis into product development.
- Creating alignment between internal stakeholders to ensure fast, effective, coordinated and on-time product development.
- Works within the TU Agile framework. Responsible for defining Stories, prioritizing Team Backlog and ensures acceptance criteria met.
- Executes on tactical, performance or other enhancements to the product that are required and aligned to the product strategy.
- Assisting the Product Manager with feedback and suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of products

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
