The opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished sales professional with strong agency and brand contacts, and extensive experience collaborating with digital investment teams and programmatic trading desks at both client and agency levels. Your mission will be to enhance Unity’s US brand relationships and elevate our partnerships with major agency holding companies.

In this role, you will strategically position Unity’s in-app mobile exchanges, creating compelling packages for media buyers. This involves integrating top-tier app developers, audiences, creatives, and outcomes, along with Unity’s data and optimization capabilities. Your efforts will focus on long-term private and preferred deal structures and/or managed service campaigns.

To succeed, you must be a collaborative team player, working closely with Unity’s sales planning, account management, and product stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify commercial opportunities, schedule meetings, and present to key personnel and clients.
  • Clearly explain the interaction between DSP and SSP to general marketing audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to overcome ad serving software and format restrictions.
  • Possess a good working knowledge of third-party ad measurement software.
  • Leverage Unity's value proposition around insights and data to drive programmatic spend, while effectively communicating internally and externally.

What we're looking for

  • Over 5 years of digital media sales experience with proof of sales abilities;
  • Over 2 years of programmatic and/or mobile sales experience preferred.
  • Strong relationships and excellent reputation with key media agencies and trading desk personnel.
  • Advanced understanding of programmatic ad marketplaces.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, closing new business, and achieving goals without being fazed by targets or metrics.
