The Sr. Client Growth Manager opportunity is with our expanding InMobi DSP and Glance performance team in the Americas region, where we're transforming the digital advertising landscape through groundbreaking solutions. *This role is in-person and onsite in our San Mateo, CA office, and is not open to remote locations.

The impact you'll make:

  • Build and nurture client relationships with the goal of becoming their preferred strategic partner, maximizing campaign ROI through a deep understanding of their objectives, KPIs, and crucial technical, integration, creative, supply, and delivery requirements.
  • Drive comprehensive campaign analysis and strategic reviews, delivering consultative guidance through regular client discussions and leading quarterly business reviews.
  • Monitor and manage account-wise revenue and delivery priorities weekly, generating executive-level reports for CXO meetings; host QBRs and in-person meetings with external clients.
  • Achieve quarterly targets for account retention, revenue, and margin goals while identifying opportunities for business growth through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives; collaborate with sales teams on strategic account planning and execution.
  • Foster team growth through timely, constructive feedback and regular performance evaluations.
  • Demonstrate strategic decision-making capabilities by considering broader business implications for both internal and external matters, while mentoring team members to develop similar strategic thinking.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including traders and ad operations, to optimize daily processes and implement strategic improvements for enhanced campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with the sales engineering team to manage relationships with third-party partners, including mobile measurement partners (MMPs), data management platforms (DMPs), and other strategic vendors.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to develop comprehensive expertise in CGM organization's product offerings and processes, serving as the market authority.

The experience we need

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 6+ years of client-facing experience, including 2-3 years in digital and/or programmatic advertising, with emphasis on performance and growth marketing
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with proven ability to deliver objectives; experience in performance marketing, DSPs (Demand Side Platforms), and/or MMPs are highly preferred
  • Strategic thinker with documented achievements in revenue growth and retention
  • Proficiency in core business platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across various time zones with flexible scheduling and work management

The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $85,500$127,500 (min to max of base salary pay range). This salary range is applicable for our offices located in California and New York*.  In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of an annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus/sales incentive, as deemed per policy in addition to fixed compensation.

*Our ranges may vary basis final location/region / or fully remote roles in accordance to the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.

In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units. We believe that our employees/personnel should have the ability to own a part of the entity they are a part of. Therefore, the entity employing you may elect to provide such stocks to you. Ownership of stock aids us to treat our employer company as our own and base our decisions on such a company’s best interest at heart.
