Genesys is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Transformation Manager to manage our enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping our company’s future by implementing innovative solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership: 

  • Manage and support large-scale transformation initiatives to drive organizational change and achieve business objectives. 

  • Provide strategic leadership, direction, and innovative solutions to the project teams. 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of key milestones. 

Project Management: 

  • Manage the full lifecycle of transformation projects from ideation through implementation.  

  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and within budget while meeting or exceeding business objectives. 

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization. 

  • Communicate complex transformation strategies and updates clearly and effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership. 

Process Optimization:

  • Apply advanced process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Uphold and promote the principles of out-of-the-box, simplicity, automation, self-service, and risk reduction in all transformation activities. 

Collaboration & Mentorship:

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within Business Transformation and other internal organizations communicating issues, and questions timely. 

  • Manage and collaborate effectively with global teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. 

Risk & Issue Management:

  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks, issues, and obstacles raised by stakeholders and project team. 

  • Ensure action items are clearly defined, assigned to owners, and driven to resolution in a timely manner. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives driving Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and operations 

  • Strong background in the coordination of GTM strategies and Sales Operations 

  • Track record of leading large, transformational projects. 

  • Proven ability to take ownership of the initiative, troubleshoot complex issues, build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, and solicit/gain support inside and outside of the Business Transformation team. 

  • Experience working with third-party consultants and managing vendor relationships. 

  • Must be able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Advanced process improvement skills with a track record of driving operational excellence. 

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Desirable Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field preferred. 

  • Proven knowledge in agile and waterfall project management methodologies; certification preferred. 

  • CRM and Revenue Reporting Systems reporting experience is highly desired. 

  • Expertise with project management tools.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$111,650.00 - $219,150.00
