  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to refine and optimize insurance-specific workflows, driving improvements that align with industry standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Technical Leadership: Utilize your experience to mentor and guide junior analysts in system analysis and process optimization tailored to insurance workflows, fostering best practices in the team.
  • Process Improvement: Work with teams to design, document, and implement streamlined business processes and workflows that enhance operational efficiency, such as claims processing, underwriting, and policy renewals.
  • Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document insurance-specific requirements, ensuring clarity for both business and technical teams.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure efficient data flow across core systems, including customer relationship management (CRM), claims, billing, and policy administration.
  • Continuous Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues specific to insurance operations, including claims, policy, and billing systems, promoting continuous improvement.

The Experience You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis, ideally within insurance or financial services.
  • Proficiency in insurance administration, policy management, and billing systems.
  • Expertise in process modeling, requirements elicitation, and systems analysis specific to insurance.
  • Strong understanding of data integration within insurance technology stacks, including CRM, claims, billing, and underwriting systems.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or insurance-specific certifications.
  • Experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on policy administration and claims systems.
