As a Business Product Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the operational, legal, and stakeholder management aspects of our products. You will collaborate closely with other teams and squads to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and the continuous improvement of product performance. This role involves both hands-on operational tasks and strategic involvement in product-related decisions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and refining Checkout Strategy, reporting, and tracking the vertical performance
• Understand and synthesize Reports, OKRs, and Budget
• Analyze and monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs) and perform in-depth analyses of large datasets to uncover insights, identify opportunities for product development, expansion, and optimization, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Manipulate large database to create report inputs, analysis, and deep-dives, helping in the decision-making
• Manage and support operational, regulatory, and legal tasks related to product lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between product, business, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and adherence to regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, marketing, compliance, etc.) to address challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
• Stay informed on competitors' product offerings and market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.

• Proven experience in product management, lifecycle management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Excel/Sheets, and analytics/BI tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fintech, digital banking, credit cards, CRM, fraud, or loans is a plus.
• Working knowledge of English or Spanish is a plus.
