What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to partner with our selling organization and internal support teams (Operations, Channel, Field Sales, IT, Finance, Accounting) to help drive operational efficiencies for our go-to-market motions. You will provide analytical support, create and maintain actionable metrics (dashboards and KPI reporting), propose and execute sales plays, to our Sales team

  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and drive decision-making.
  • Monitor the quality and integrity of sales data, highlighting improvement opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for field sales and management for Operations questions and sales cases.
  • Manage and deploy sales territories.
  • Support, partner with, and train the shared-services Operations team as needed.
  • Create and maintain sales forecasting models.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of sales metrics and address leadership's reporting questions/concerns.
  • Develop and implement best practices to align sales analytics with company initiatives.
  • Support efforts to enhance systems and tools for the sales team.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; Finance, Business, or other analytical degree preferred.
  • 1+ year experience in an analyst role required, 2+ years preferred.
  • Ability to build and refine data driven and weighted forecast models.
  • Excellent presentation skills, and an ability to build simplified, professional reports and presentations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, build positive relationships with stakeholders, multi-task, and maintain positive attitude in a dynamic environement.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and managing large data sets.
