What you'll do:

  • Form strategic partnerships to potential business clients/partners to grow user and corporate account base
  • Keeps him/herself updated with competitor offerings and counter initiatives
  • Formulate strong retention and growth programs
  • Prepares weekly and monthly report as needed, reports to track performance and movement of partners
  • Participate in training programs and other activities related to business development
  • Maintains a general control filing system of all working papers, MOAs, correspondences, reports and documents for record purposes for easy reference and monitoring
  • Reports to management’s attention any critical or sensitive client concern
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned by his immediate manager or supervisor
  • Actively participates in weekly meetings and reviews

What you'll need:

  • Education: Graduate of any four-year course, preferably related to sales or marketing
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the same role and industry
  • Proficiency in CRM program is a plus
