We are seeking a proficient Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce Data Cloud to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor, utilizing data analysis to challenge and enhance global business processes, products, services, and software. You will engage with global business leaders, collaborating with appropriate teams to identify requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations that drive efficiency and business value.
Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Backlog management - Epics, User Stories & Blueprint:
- Participate in epics creation.
- Own user stories /backlog creation, updating and grooming.
- Participate in Blueprint creation and own BP updates based on tech needs.
- Data Discovery:
- Collaborates with the Data team and cross functional groups and SI partners on Data discovery activities.
- Participate in multi-part data discovery, own meeting notes, recording and follow-up of requirements gathering activities.
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with vendors or implementation partners.
- Collaborate with Implementation Partner/Day to Day activities:
- Own answering technical queries in tech sync calls.
- Own answering queries on PO priority and roadmap.
- Listen to architectural/data-based queries in tech sync calls.
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Tech product leads:
- Own the introduction to the Engagement 360 program to cross functional teams, perform activities such as demos, PI planning, and Sprint planning. Own understanding the PO vision and priority for the roadmap.
- Own coordinating with the PO for approvals/clarifications, as well as engage with vendors / SI partners to ensure architectural design validation and solution clarity.

Minimum Requirements:

Salesforce Martech product experience and certifications are highly desirable.

Work Experience in leveraging digital technology and big data.

Proficiency in influencing stakeholders without formal authority.

Strong relationship management skills.

Proven track record of successful collaboration across organizational boundaries.

Background in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Prior experience working in a multinational global environment.

History of engaging with senior management.
