Your Job:

The Global Brand Marketing team is responsible for leading the seasonal storytelling strategy across the business enterprise, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative that reflects the brand's positioning, values, and benefits.

This team develops and delivers content that supports both internal stakeholders, such as sales representatives and regional marketing leadership, and our external audience the consumer, ensuring messaging consistency across all touchpoints. From digital platforms to real-life brand activations, the team drives alignment and clarity in how the brand is presented, strengthening consumer connection and market impact. Their work plays a vital role in ensuring the brand’s identity is effectively communicated and reinforced across every campaign and initiative.

 

As the Senior Brand Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to the development and execution of our seasonal marketing plans for a specific season (Spring or Fall) from conception to marketing go-live, ensuring alignment with brand goals and business objectives. Your primary focus will be understanding the seasonal marketing strategy and guiding the creation of global content to support all brand and product campaigns and ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and maintain brand consistency. Achieving success in this role will necessitate the ability to foster collaborative and productive relationships with key stakeholders, primarily the Brooks Regional Marketing teams (North America, APLA, and EMEA), Product Marketing, and creative partners within both the internal Creative Studio and external agency collaborators.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Brand Marketing Manager to create comprehensive seasonal content briefs, ensuring clarity and strategic direction that aligns with brand storytelling and audience engagement goals across all global initiatives.
  • Own the execution and optimization of a suite of global content that will live across a variety of marketing touchpoints including site, paid media, paid and organic social, email as well as retailer marketing channels across all regions including North America, APLA and EMEA.
  • Work alongside the Brand Marketing Manager to create the content strategy and execute on the development of global content kits distributed to all regions to support Global Brand Marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in Tier 2 seasonal production shoots to ensure brand representation and content alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to the ideation and creation of innovative brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Shape and implement the cross-functional processes needed to develop campaign content for our global channels, while identifying blockers to efficient communications on a global level and implement solutions.
  • Manage and maintain global asset calendar and workstreams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all global assets.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization and improvement.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing Lead to ensure effective integration of seasonal campaign content with evergreen and editorial onsite content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content/brand marketing, with a strong track record of successful digital campaign management.
  • Have familiarity with and be up to date on the latest paid media platforms, best practices, and specs.
  • Strong digital content experience with knowledge on how to take digital content (I.e., video, landing pages, blogs, etc.) from concept to execution.
  • Innovative thinker with a great pulse on marketplace to understand new trends in the digital content space.
  • Proven experience in supporting development and execution of global brand campaigns across diverse markets with regionally specific needs.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and partnership across multiple divisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail, organized and can multi-task detailed projects.
  • Results oriented and passion for seeing through projects to the end.
  • Willingness to help, support and get the job done when team members are in a crunch.
  • Proactive, self-starter and is hungry to learn about and implement new types of marketing programs.

Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $68,635 to $103,004 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Location- You will spend 3 days per week in our Seattle offices, as we believe our organization flourishes when connections, collaboration, creativity, problem-solving, and celebrations happen in person.
