Southeast Toyota Finance Data Solutions Department is looking for a Sr. Automation Analyst to join our Business Process Automation. The Automation Team is tasked with the design, development, and support of process automation solutions. The Sr. Automation Analyst will work closely with different business department partners, the Enterprise COE, ITS, and third-party service providers.
The Sr. Automation Analyst is primarily responsible for the collection of requirements, design of automation, deployment, and support of these solutions in a production environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with an affinity for working with processes, data, and automation tools to solve complex business opportunities and enhance SETF’s automation.
Due to the responsibilities of this position, a weekly onsite presence of 3 days a week at our beautiful Deerfield Beach, FL Headquarters is required.
Responsibilities:
- Drive collaboration with stakeholders to gather and define automation requirements and opportunities.
- Perform assessments to evaluate automation feasibility and identify potential solutions.
- Document current (“As is”) and future (“To be”) process flows to guide automation initiatives.
- Work with Solutions Developers and Power BI Data Modelers to create scalable and effective automation solutions.
- Be a trusted business partner, leveraging data to build operational efficiency.
- Support stakeholders by providing automation solutions, standards, training, and best practices.
- Drive adoption and user enablement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Process Engineering, or a related field, with 2 - 3 years of professional experience.
- 2 - 3 years hands on experience with Microsoft Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.
- Hands on experience with: RPA Systems – Automation Anywhere,
- Data and Reporting experience using Power Query, EDW, Dataverse, SAS, Tableau, Azure
- Highly analytical and adept at problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, SharePoint, and Automation Anywhere.
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of automation and data management practices, including experience with Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology.
- Experience with business process improvement (BPI) practices and process reengineering methodologies.
- Open to change and able to collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams.
- Deep critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the Business Unit’s systems and processes, particularly in the auto finance or consumer lending sectors is a PLUS.
