About the Sr. Associate CRM Operations/Marketing role
This role will oversee and optimize our email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance audience engagement and drive marketing success. This role will be responsible for managing Salesforce for the marketing team, ensuring data accuracy, streamlining lead flow, and driving marketing initiatives within Salesforce. Additionally, this position will develop, implement, and analyze email marketing campaigns to foster strong relationships with subscribers and drive conversions.
Core Responsibilities:

Manage Salesforce for the marketing team, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with marketing goals.

Oversee lead flow processes, appropriately processing and transitioning into development, the incoming Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). This includes ongoing clean-up of unqualified leads.

Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to drive marketing initiatives and system enhancements within Salesforce.

Create and manage marketing dashboards and reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing performance.

Develop and execute strategic email marketing plans and campaigns from conceptualization to delivery and analysis.

Craft engaging email content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with target audiences, including compelling copy, appealing visuals, and persuasive calls to action.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Ensure data hygiene and compliance with data protection regulations, including opt-in best practices, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance.

Implement lead scoring programs, segment and manage email lists to ensure precise targeting and personalized communication.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness, engagement rates, and email performance.

Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and email marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, or a related marketing role.

Strong proficiency in a CRM & Marketing Automation tool, preferably Salesforce and Pardot.

Expertise in CRM data management, lead flow processes, and marketing performance tracking.

Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance.

Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and reporting to drive marketing optimization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling email content.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00
The rate shown represents a relevant range currently in use at Material. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
