Core Responsibilities
- Creative problem solver who enjoys generating ideas and developing new strategies to connect with parents and shoppers.
- No matter the commerce platform: From retail stores, to pure players and shoppable social to commerce landing pages, you are able to deliver insightful, relevant and effective commerce communication.
- A strong understanding of how commerce is used across various channels to do everything from establishing shopper awareness to driving understanding and conversion.
- Get caught building LEGO sets while on video calls
- Create business driving, portfolio-worthy commerce work by taking an idea from initial concept to final execution and everything that involves – concepting, refining, presenting, refining again, producing, etc.
- Support and or lead creative workshops in concept and campaign development along with copywriters, strategists and other teammates.
- Challenges status quo through new insights
- Creates and structures strong to-the-point presentations and have the skills to make sure that creative work is communicated in the clearest, simplest and most inspiring way.
- Works closely with internal and external partners to make informed creative decisions, and other (i.e. Strategy, DI, TLA HUBs, Channels, Markets, Marketing, etc.)
- Collaborates closely with content producer during the production phases acting as senior sparring partner and/or the creative lead from pre-production to delivery.

The Senior Commerce Art Director belongs to the group of top creative employees in the LEGO in-house agency. Responsible for ensuring that the LEGO Agency delivers outstanding commerce communication through coordinated creative campaigns & executions. The creative we are looking for should be as strong in ideas as they are in crafting every detail of their concepts. You will report to a Sr. Creative Lead and work with a team of dedicated Creative creatives cross our Global teams.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in campaign concepts dedicated to commerce.
- A self-starter, able to work independently or in a team and a have sharp eye for detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Your written English is detailed
- Experience of children’s brands is not a requirement but an advantage
Please note: This is a permanent position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office).
