We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytics & Reporting Senior Consultant to join our Enterprise Business Operations (EBO) team. As an Analytics & Reporting Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to provide actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Your exceptional analytical and communication skills will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and prompt resolution, strengthening client relationships, and optimizing the overall financial health of our organization
What you will do:
Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), Analytics & Insights that align with business goals and objectives
* Gather and compile data from various sources, including databases, software systems and external sources
* Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns and anomalies that can inform strategic decisions and/or process gaps and failures.
* Engage in clear and professional communication with customers and stakeholders
* Maintain comprehensive records of all dispute-related activities, communications, and resolutions
* Generate regular reports on dispute trends, aging, and resolution status for management review
* Continuously evaluate the dispute resolution process and identify opportunities for enhancement
* Suggest and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
* Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements during the dispute resolution process
* Adhere to internal controls and maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity
* Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by implementing data validation processes and collaborating with relevant teams to resolve data discrepancies.
* Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency and performance
* Identify opportunities to enhance data collection processes, reporting tools, and analytical methodologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and present findings to stakeholders effectively
* Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve the overall performance of the EBO team.
* Gather, compile and provide Accounting with the data and reports necessary for any Close Journal Entries, Account Reconciliations or other analysis as requested.
* Gather, compile and provide internal and external auditors data necessary for their review
What we expect of you:
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
* Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant Order management, customer service, AR, Credit, Accounting or Finance experience OR 8 years of relevant Order management, customer service AR, Credit, Accounting or Finance experience
* Proven experience in an accounts receivable, dispute resolution, or related financial role focused on data analytics and reporting, preferably with Fortune 200 organization
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
* Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI)
* Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
* Enterprise ERP Systems experience is a plus
