YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a talented, creative and data-driven Senior Go-To-Market Specialist to join our global Partners team and help us lead the partner growth by delivering the best promotional tools and growth strategies around the world. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance partner growth by delivering top-notch promotional tools and growth strategies to local teams.
To achieve these goals, you will need to be hands-on, data-driven, and possess excellent presentation skills. You will coordinate effectively across departments and manage internal stakeholders from both local and global teams.
THE JOURNEY
- Lead product roll-outs and go-to-market strategies for new product releases related to partner promotions.
- Build playbook, training and pitching materials to maximize the value of Glovo’s promotional services and drive the promotional supply of the marketplace.
- Work hand in hand with tech and the commercial teams in each market to build insights, identify action plans and address pain points.
- Leverage content selection, promotion mechanism, and user targeting to pinpoint the best promotional mix to support Glovo’s strategy for growth and profitability.
- Utilize data on KPIs of Partner promotion performance, and market trends to shape promotional plans, sales strategies, and reports.
- Define and implement key operational processes for Account Management teams to support efficiency and maximize outputs
- Collaborate with Commercial Local teams, Product teams, and other key stakeholders to achieve OKRs.
- Gather feedback and make data-driven decisions to assist the Product team in creating the product roadmap.
- Track and monitor growth KPIs, ensuring appropriate visibility for all stakeholders.
- Create success stories and share best practices
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- 3-4 years of experience in Marketing or Sales, preferably at a Consumer Goods company or e-commerce business.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and tackling complex business challenges.
- You make decisions based on data, breaking complex problems into smaller ones, and prioritizing them effectively.
- You have strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing, delegating, and working well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action. You make things happen.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, project management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in executing go-to-market plans across digital and non-digital channels.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, and Google Data Studio is a plus
- Experience with SQL, Python is a plus
