Job Description:
Should have 5 to 8 years of real time experience on SAP Solman - Charms & Test suite modules.
Proficient on support tasks like LMDB data maintenanceand integration with satellite systems.
Maintain branches & landscape details in SolMan
Performing production import through task list as per customer process
Maintain status switches
Schedule, monitor and troubleshoot import jobs
Troubleshoot user issues in ChaRM
Troubleshoot TR related issues
Troubleshoot change status related issues
Troubleshoot email notification related issues
Troubleshoot user issues in Test Suite
