Job Description:
1:Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
2:Specialize in Agentforce including configuration and customization.
3:Integrate Agentforce with core CRM functionalities - Sales Cloud to enhance agent workflows and user interactions.
4:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM Sales cloud, Agentforce and CRM integrations
5:Contribute to the development and implementation of coding best practices.
