Sr. Analyst, Global H&W Strategy at a glance...
The Senior Analyst, Global H&W Strategy will play a critical role in Kraft Heinz's transformation. Operating within the Global H&W Strategy team, you will help chart a new path forward for KH in the health & wellness space. This role will support the transformation of our business by advising on strategies including renovating existing products, entering new markets, appealing to new consumers, and building new capabilities. The role will be focused on strategic analysis in building the vision for health & wellness at Kraft Heinz. As part of the Global H&W Strategy team, your work will be highly visible with senior leadership & the KHX. The role reports to the Director of Global H&W Strategy.

  • Contribute to the KH health & wellness strategy by partnering in driving critical workstreams, including: internal & external market assessments, consumer landscaping, and feasibility scoping
  • Prepare and present strategic plans to internal stakeholders, including functional & global leaders
  • Own data strategy for Global H&W - identify optimal internal data systems & structures to build comprehensive view of the market & lead data analysis & insights for the team
  • Collaborate and own ways of working with cross-functional teams to support a variety of strategic initiatives - market & competitive assessments, benchmarking, new business opportunities, and building/improving internal cross-functional processes

  • Possess a strong consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically about consumer needs and opportunities
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional adaptability to ambiguity and evolving changes while maintaining high performance and productivity
  • Demonstrate exceptional quantitative skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, including expertise in data analysis to derive actionable insights from large datasets
  • Exhibit proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually appealing and impactful presentations that simplify complex concepts into straightforward messaging
  • Possess knowledge of or possess hands-on experience with new product development
  • Proven skills in consultative/growth mindset, structured problem-solving and strategic analysis
  • Leading with insights: experience using syndicated data sources (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, etc.) to analyze and inform strategic planning
  • Build winning relationships: cross-functional collaboration to align partners and gain their consensus
  • Intellectually curious, with proven track record to drive work forward independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required
  • 2+ years experience in CPG preferred or 1+ years in Consulting with H&W clients

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today's workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week. Additionally, employees who are subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines). Some jobs may be required to be performed fully in office depending on the role's responsibilities and requirements.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
