Job Summary

The Comcast Business HQ PMO team will act as an objective collaborative partner to drive focus and alignment across CB and partner organizations to ensure that CB’s most critical strategic programs are delivered to drive growth for the business. This role will provide visibility into CB’s strategy, progression towards goals, and an understanding of CB’s end-to-end ecosystem of tools, processes, and products. Looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organization and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Support comprehensive CB roadmap aggregation and tracking for material initiatives - partnering with program management counterparts, functional business units, and the technology organization
  • Support POR Budget planning and balancing activities, SOW approvals, and profitability/ROI analysis for priority initiatives in partnership with the FP&A / Accounting teams
  • Maintain deliverables and tools used to support recurring touchpoints with Comcast Business leaders
  • Provide support to partner organizations at HQ (Sales, BOS, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Solutions, Public Sector, TPX/BXT) and in the Divisions to help drive cross functional alignment
  • Support governance initiatives – including ways of working guidelines to help support business processes and achieve consistent results
  • Works to continuously improve processes and evolve the role to meet full potential
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
