augmented Intelligence (augIntel) builds automation, analytics and artificial intelligence solutions that drive success for Cardinal Health by creating material savings, efficiencies and revenue growth opportunities. The team drives business innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and turning them into differentiating business capabilities. 

  

Job Overview: 

Designing, building and operationalizing large-scale enterprise data governance solutions and applications using Collibra and one or more of Google Cloud Platform data and analytics services in combination with technologies like BigQuery, Cloud PubSub, Cloud Functions, Airflow. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Designing and implementing metadata ingestion using Collibra native or custom API, using Java and Spring boot 
  • Designing and building production data pipelines from metadata ingestion to consumption within a data Lake
  • Building a Collibra workflow with Collibra workflow Designer

   

Desired Qualifications: 

  

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Java Programming preferred
  • Experience including Frontend Development, and Database experience
  • Hands on experience with server-side Java API frameworks such as Spring Boot or Spring MVC
  • Hands on experience exposing and consuming REST APIs using common industry standards and conventions
  • Preferred to have experience in Designing Data Governance solution using Collibra for Any DB and BI applications
  • 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries, stored procedures, etc. preferred
  • Experience in DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow; version control using Git and CI/CD piplelines using Concourse
  • Knowledge of REST, Apigee, Microservices is Must
  • Agile development skills and experience.
  • GCP/AWS Data Engineering experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Terraform is a plus
  • Experience with any other data governance tool is a plus
