Title: Sr Generative AI and Automation Analyst
Remote (East Coast Preferred)

How will you make an impact:
We are hiring a Senior Generative AI and Automation Analyst to join our team. This position is crucial for promoting collaboration between teams and ensuring that generative AI initiatives are in line with our business goals, resulting in tangible value. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical expertise, combined with project management and business analysis skills. They should also have a keen interest in using generative AI to make data-driven decisions that impact our organization.
What will you do:
- Conduct use case analysis and opportunity mapping to identify areas where generative AI can drive value.
- Implement and manage AI/automation solutions to improve business processes.
- Conduct daily interactions with peers to guide and support the use of generative AI and automation technologies.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and collaborator communications to ensure successful project delivery.
- Follow up with collaborators to ensure that project actions are completed, and objectives are met.
- Support the communication of business needs to program managers, product managers, and technology leaders to influence the AI roadmap.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in generative AI and automation.
How will you get here:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrated experience with generative AI and automation technologies.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis, preferably in an environment involving technology.
- Deep technical skills, including programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R, JavaScript).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, etc.).
- Experience in tracking and reporting on project progress and outcomes.
- Experience in visualization, data management tools, and data-based storytelling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and able to handle multiple parallel projects in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize accordingly.
- Ability to work at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
