The Role

The Sr. Agency Communications Specialist leads development, of communication materials i.e., art cards, PowerPoint decks, memos, videos for the agency force to achieve desired outcome, collaborates with Marketing’s Branding and Digital team to build social media presence and engagement of Agency Channel.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads implementation of agency’s communication plan i.e., written and multimedia content, memos, presentation materials, and collaterals related to campaigns.

  • Reviews and edit content received from other business units if relevant to Agency salesforce. Conduct periodic review of released content if still relevant to Agency.

  • Assists in the management of agency’s communication platform i.e., Vymo, ManuAcademy, Viber to ensure engagement.

  • Collaborates with Agency Sales, Support Heads and Company’s business units in the communication of guidelines, news, projects, and updates including approvals.

  • Leads communication of GAME updates to the agency and agency employee force.

  • Manages records on channel communications based on Company's branding, rules & standards.

  • Serve as Agency’s Point of Contact (POC) for Manutouch and Vymo including ACE’s ManuAcademy POC to ensure content are relevant and updated.

  • Supports annual, monthly, and ad hoc engagement projects of the team.

  • Collaborates with vendors and procurement on applicable projects to ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Corporate, Marketing or Sales Support Lead in a marketing or sales organization

  • Must be a degree holder of any 4-year business or marketing-related course.

  • Communication or engagement tools i.e., Canva, JotForm, MS-Forms

  • Social Media platforms i.e., Facebook, Viber, Instagram

  • MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Creative, organized, and results driven.

  • Above average oral communication skills

  • Above average business and creative writing skills

  • Able to deal with people at all levels of the organization.

  • Flexible and able to perform in a challenging environment.

  • Possess integrity and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management an advantage

  • Financial Services or Sales Support Background an advantage.
